**What’s the opportunity?**

**What will you be doing?**:

- Ensuring the correct flow of operations in the company by approving the payments received from end customers in different countries where the company has a presence.
- Performing daily routines that include: reviewing if our system is making automatic releases within pre-established deadlines, meeting customer service demand for payment status checks and manual approvals, contacting banks and processors for confirmation of payments, analysis of reconciliation reports, and contact with the technical area to solve possible technical problems.
- Identifying and reporting issues and follow-up corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies.
- Managing tight SLAs and prioritizing workload according to urgency.
- Contacting end users and reporting to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs.
- Working closely with other departments of the company.

**What skills do I need?**:

- Experience in Payments, Account Payables, and Account Recibables (Contas a pagar).
- Experience in Cash Flow.
- Advanced in English.
- Strong excel skills, ability to handle large amounts of data and to create reports.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, or related (in process or completed).
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
- Systematic and well organized.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to learn, conscientious with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive work ethic.
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills for effective dialogue with colleagues and supervisors;
- Spanish is a plus
