**About The Role**:
As a Field Technician, you’ll be the hands and eyes of ZeroEx on Brazilian soil—installing samplers, collecting high-quality samples, and managing data that feeds our MRV pipeline. Full training provided.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Fieldwork**: install / reinstall samplers and collect surface-water, biomass, and SIA samples.
- ** Data management**: enter field data, track inventory, and safeguard data accuracy.
- ** Sample coordination**: label, document, and organise samples for timely analysis.
- ** Collaboration**: liaise with farmers and the wider ZeroEx team to integrate field data into carbon-removal strategies.

**Additional Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Maintaining sampling equipment and basic laboratory space.
- Adhering to safety protocols and reporting any field issues promptly.

**Desired Knowledge And Experience**:

- Technical degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Hands-on background from a Brazilian farm environment.
- Portuguese fluency; basic English helpful.
- Comfortable working outdoors across rural Goiás.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with agricultural sensors or lab management.
- Familiarity with GIS or farm-management software.
