**Main Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the growth of new opportunities for our SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise segments, Inbound and Outbound leads to Brazil and other countries when applicable;
- Responsible for your team's quota.
- Develop and maintain management guidance for team meetings, 1:1's, performance improvement plans, career development, team culture and campaigns.
- Manage a team of BDRs to develop their sales skills, including vertical market knowledge, forecasting, prospecting and other necessary skills, while maintaining individual accountability towards goals;
- Integrate and train the BDRs to develop sales skills and product knowledge;
- Recruit, interview and hire excellent BDRs to scale;
Be able to identify and make recommendations for improvements in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity;
- Use reports to track and manage sales activities and results using Hubspot and Superset. Proactively communicate results and adjust plans according to evolving business needs; Providing detailed lead flow reports and key performance indicators to senior management;
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on KPIs, lead pipeline, qualified opportunity conversations and overall effectiveness;
- Work closely with marketing to identify and improve the most important KPIs for defining focus accounts, building a sales pipeline, generating revenue and campaign performance;
- Work and build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Operations.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Experience in leading a B2B sales team in the IT area;
Familiarity with business development technologies: Hubspot, Sales Navigator/LinkedIn, contact research plugins, Intricately and WebpageTest;
- Executive presence and ability to Influence at all levels of the organization;
- Experience in managing a sales team through CRM tools;
- Exceeded delivering results;
- Degree in Administration or IT, Business with emphasis in IT, or equivalent experience;
- Advanced/fluent English.
**Desirable Qualification**:
- Knowledge of sales methodologies;
- Experience in the Software Industry, ideally SaaS.
- Experience in Edge Computing deployments and migrations projects;
- Technology Knowledge and the networks functioning;
- Spanish Advanced.
