In this role, you'll partner with our product team to unlock the power of data, drive informed decision-making, and optimize player experiences. From analyzing user behavior and product performance to building intuitive dashboards, you'll be at the heart of enhancing acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Empower the product team with data-driven insights, guiding decision-making processes and strategies.
- Perform detailed analyses of user behavior, site/app performance, and product features to optimize player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure accurate and reliable behavioral data collection by working closely with analytics developers on tracking implementation, debugging, and resolving issues.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems to provide real-time visibility into key conversion metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive mindset with critical thinking abilities, coupled with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience in creating clear and impactful reports and dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Snowplow and GA4, as well as knowledge of tracking mechanisms and datalayers.
- Experience with session replay or autotracking platforms is a bonus.
