A Talent Manager’s goal is to train & retain talents, focusing on implementing corporate education, leadership development, acquisition & enhancement of knowledges.

**As a Talent Manager you will**:

- Create training and development programs aligned to Kokku’s current and future strategic planning (workforce planning);
- Identify individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development with intellectual property protection and knowledge management documentation;
- Ensure that the employees selected for Talent Management programs get the resources and information needed for their development;
- Develop the onboarding meeting and induction programs, as well as their updates for all new employees;
- Collect, collate and analyze data and present concise and reliable results, including ROI on any development, education and learning related activity;
- Be responsible for all logístical arrangements for Education and, Development activities;
- Seek the best external consultants in driving the acquisition of new knowledge.

**We expect you to have***:

- Education and technical requirements: Pedagogy, Social Communication, or proven experience in the area;
- Advanced English is mandatory (both written and verbal);
- Good and clear communication in public;
- Skills in conduct learning on web-based platforms in ODL (Online Distance Learning) modality;
- Knowledge in adult learning methods and instructional design.

**Would also be nice to have**:

- Knowledge in agile methods, art and programming applied to games is desirable;
- Knowledge in leadership development programs is desirable.
