Responsável por definir diretrizes e metodologia para o gerenciamento de projetos em ótica de prazo e custo bem como mapear e reportar os impactos e resultados de programas e projetos sob sua competência.
**Principais Atividades**
- Aplicar metodologia de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Fornecer suporte metodológico e ferramental para os integrantes do projeto no que tange a temática de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Trabalhar com as áreas envolvidas a fim de garantir alinhamento de informações e foco nos objetivos;
- Avaliar o que o mercado está utilizando, de forma a capturar e divulgar as boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Fornecer indicadores de monitoramento de projetos para os stakeholders;
- Gerenciar o escopo, custos e prazos (cronograma) de um projeto;
- Acompanhar os KPIs referentes a entrega do projeto e posterior operação;
- Liderar e conduzir reuniões executivas (gerenciais, diretorias e Clevel) dos programas e projetos estratégicos/estruturantes da companhia;
- Elaborar reportes, documentos de governança e apresentações executivas, apresentações de resultados, fluxo de informações, apresentação dos cenários de acompanhamento e planos de ação.
**Experiência e formação profissional**
- Project Management;
- Metodologias desenvolvimento lean/agile;
- Budget Management;
- Gerenciamento e monitoramento de desempenho (KPI);
- Formação Superior Completa em: Engenharias, tecnologia da informação, administração ou áreas correlatas.
