T&L Region Sourcing &Performance Manager

**Position Mission**
Are you passionate about logistics, transportation, and strategic negotiations? ABB is looking for a **Transportation Sourcing Category Manager** to join the **Electrification (EL)** division, supporting logistics projects across LATAM, with a primary focus on Brazil. In this role, you will play a key part in managing transportation contracts, leading supplier transitions, and executing sourcing projects that ensure competitiveness, quality, and efficiency in logistics operations across the region.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead sourcing events and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs, ensuring the supplier base has the capacity to meet current and future demands.
- Manage planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, and savings forecasts.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure competitive and sustainable solutions.
- Support annual projects, supplier transitions, and business changes in Brazil and other LATAM countries.
- Act as the main point of contact for overland transportation (FTL and LTL), ensuring process efficiency and alignment.
- Identify, assess, and approve suppliers according to ABB standards, focusing on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement in transportation and logistics.
- Strong background in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Knowledge of overland transportation (FTL and LTL), with primary focus on Brazil.
- Advanced English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong plus.

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with regional procurement strategies.
- Experience with SAP and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model transportation cost structures.
