The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

About Risk Arbitration Team

The Risk Arbitration Team is responsible for establishing ground truth on advertiser behavior, acting as an essential contributor to defining actor policies and products. The Risk Arbitration Specialist supports TikTok's efforts to identify and quantify complex and emerging risk signals. Risk Arbitration Specialists review monetized content and account level information in continuous succession during each shift to arrive at decisions on actor-level account enforcement.

What will I be doing?
- Investigate monetized actors on TikTok's platform for behavioral trends to ensure compliance with TikTok's actor policies and standards.
- Perform targeted reviews, open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, etc. in order to ensure compliance by examining actor accounts and their related characteristics.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Maintain focus on data integrity and producing work of the highest quality.

**Qualifications**:
1. A fast learner and able to identify and communicate risk trends across large bodies of data.
2. Strong attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard of work.
3. Resilient and persistent to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
4. You use and have interest in short video platforms.
5. Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment is a plus.
