As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our team and drive revenue through **strategic prospecting, cold calling, and deal-closing**.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Business Development Representative (BDR)** at **Hyperion Global**, you will be responsible for **identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities**. Your primary focus will be **prospecting potential clients, cold calling decision-makers, and securing contracts** that align with our waste management and disposal solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting & Lead Generation** - Research and identify potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, and outbound strategies.
**Sales Pipeline Management** - Qualify leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
**Consultative Selling** - Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their waste management and disposal challenges.
**Closing Deals** - Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
**Collaboration** - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.**

**1-3 years of experience** in BDR, SDR, or sales (preferably in logistics, waste management, or B2B sales).
Strong **cold calling and outbound sales** experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Experience using **CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)**.
A results-driven, competitive, and energetic mindset.
