**During your day as a Technical Account Manager you will**:

- Work proactively with customers to understand their key projects, pertinent goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Establishes and maintains a delivery governance model with the customer at the implementation, operational, management, and executive levels, as applicable;
- Maintains relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope as the customer's primary point of contact to deliver our services;
- Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about its strategy, progress, risks, and mitigations/adjustments required;
- Identify customer needs and help end-users with the product in the correct way and escalate the requests if necessary
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities;
**As a Technical Account Manager you have**:

- Experience on Linux;
- Experience with databases and demonstrated SQL experience (MySQL, Postgres);
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence) and Marketplace add-ons;
- Knowledge of AWS Services;
- Familiarity with REST API (Integration);
- Best practices with Customer-first approach;
- Advanced English or higher level;
