**Company: Pro Coffee Gear**
Pro Coffee Gear, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company specializing in espresso machines and related parts, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our revenue growth and company expansion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to upsell and cross-sell Pro Coffee Gear's products to maximize account revenue.
- Collaborating with sales and support teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Delivering presentations tailored to the client's needs, demonstrating Pro Coffee Gears product offerings effectively.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proposing and utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the e-commerce, wholesale, or SaaS sector.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to engage with decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the coffee industry, espresso machines, or related equipment is a plus.
