**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering tickets within the established deadlines and quality standards
- Investigate problems and identify root causes
- Restoring system functionality in the shortest possible time
- Understanding and documenting system functionalities and carrying out tests
- Analyze code and/or replicate problems on the test bench
- Deploy patches and system updates
- Answering calls on call
- Availability for travel.

**Required Skills**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (with a technological background desirable)
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service and technical support
- Experience in programming languages desirable (C, C++, Java, Python, SQL, R, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment administration
- Minimum level of English required for the position: intermediate (reading, writing and speaking). Proficiency in English will be considered a plus.
