The Role
- Instalar e manter CICS regions
- Análise e aplicação de Patch
- Determinação de problemas
- Administrar CICS regions de acordo com as demandas do aplicativo (por exemplo, novas transações, conexões etc.)
- Aconselhar considerações de estratégia de negócios do cliente, considerações de gestão do conhecimento e organização do cliente
- Executar o Desenvolvimento de Propostas
- Execução, Controle e Encerramento de Projetos

Who You Are

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência em suporte CICS
- Entendimento claro da arquitetura CICS (TOR, AOR, FOR, etc)
- Experiência com ferramentas de depuração de aplicativos CICS, como Intertest
- Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento CICS, como Mainview para CICS
- Conhecimento da estrutura de registro CICS SMF e desempenho CICS
- Realizar determinação de problemas, análise dump e tuning
- Compreensão dos recursos do zOS, como: APF, Linklist, VSAM, LPA, Coupling Facility
- Inglês básico a intermediário

Desejável:

- Experiência anterior no segmento financeiro
