Digital Cloud Solution Architect

The Small, Medium, and Corporate team helps businesses achieve their digital transformation and business goals by helping customers with Microsoft solutions and partners. Located in either a Digital Sales center, or a local subsidiary, you will help our managed and scale customers across industries, company sizes and territories to identify their needs and opportunities using the latest in digital selling technology.

The Cloud Solution Architect team consists of highly capable individuals that drive Microsoft wins on the latest cloud and modern development technologies. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, your primary responsibilities will be to engage with customers, partners, and your account team to understand the business’s needs, and then prove and design customer business solutions that leverage the Microsoft Cloud for Business with a focus on Microsoft Azure. You will own technical and solution envisioning with customers via Microsoft Teams engagements including demos, custom demos, solution designs, implementation plans and proof of concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scale Customer Engagements & Manage the consumption business - As a trusted technical advisor, proactively identify stakeholders needs and ensure wins; support customer's digital architecture transformation by keeping up to date with customer information, deep technical, industry and market trends, and compliance regulations. Drives new workloads and takes ownership of milestones within engagements jointly with sales team.
- Scale Through Partners - Engages in partner sell-with scenarios as needed to prove capabilities and integration into customer environment. Reviews partner demonstrations and provides feedback to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards. Captures core competitive knowledge across solution areas and delivers back to product and engineering teams to enhance team capabilities and develop compete strategies.
- Architecture Design and Deployment - Leads customer/partner projects that implement technical architecture(s); provides thought leadership for technical architecture design, development, and deployment and supports the customer/partner throughout pre-sales (ie; pilots, proof of concept) and/or implementation incorporating quality assurance and Risk Management.
- Trusted Advisor - Develop deep relationships with key customers, Software Engineering and IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Be the voice of the customer. Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners - Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Technical Thought Leadership - Maintain architect level technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; Be an Azure based solutions evangelist with customers, partners and external communities. Provides thought leadership by acting as role model for the architect community and consistently sharing knowledge to increase the functional or technical skills and expertise of peers in ways that impact career goals and business outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ years technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience
- Languages: English (Fluent)
- Required. Spanish -optional
- Technical Knowledge of SAP solutions required. Ceritfication on SAP. SAP Rise architecture knowledge required.
