**Responsabilidades e Experiências desejáveis**:
Como Business Analyst você trabalhará no time de Produtos de uma empresa parceira e será responsável por documentar as necessidades da área de negócios para setor de desenvolvimento de sistemas, identificando e priorizando as correções de falhas e oportunidades de melhoria, realizando o levantamento de requisitos e especificação funcional.
Conduzirá também as cerimônias Ágeis com o time de desenvolvimento.

**O que queremos que você saiba**:

- Conhecimento básico com análise funcional (levantamento de requisitos e especificação funcional);
- Habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita;
- Pensamento analítico e resolução de problemas.

**O que seria muito legal se você tivesse**:

- Conhecimento Metodologia Ágil, Scrum;
- Conhecimento em de aspectos não funcionais (desempenho, usabilidade, confiabilidade, segurança, disponibilidade, manutenção e tecnologias envolvidas);
- Background técnico em desenvolvimento de software;
- Experiência com sistema jurídico.
