Como Representante de Atendimento ao Cliente, você ajudará a facilitar as solicitações de Serviço de Campo em toda a América Latina, permitindo que a Rockwell Automation atenda às demandas urgentes de nossos clientes. Além disso, você se concentrará em identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos e ajudar a impulsionar essas oportunidades para implementação.

Suas **Responsabilidades**:
- Solucionar os problemas dos clientes com uma mentalidade e postura positivas.-
- Trabalhar em equipe para determinar soluções alternativas, atendendo às expectativas dos clientes.-
- Colaborar com especialistas e donos(as) de processos de negócios para identificar as melhores práticas.

Requisitos da Vaga:
- Bacharelado ou curso superior completo ou próximo da conclusão (engenharias, administração, relações internacionais, relações públicas, entre outros).- 2+ anos de experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente.- Experiência com Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.- Fluência em português.- Espanhol nível avançado para conversação.

Desejável:
- Forte capacidade analítica.- Nível avançado/intermediário de inglês.
