We're one of the world's largest sports technology companies. on a mission to create a more sustainable sports data ecosystem that benefits everyone from the rights holder all the way through to the fan. **The Role** We have an opening for a passionate, energetic and talented individual with a legal / regulatory / compliance background to join our market-leading Integrity Team in LATAM **Main Responsibilities** - Determining, articulating, and promoting our Brazilian and wider LATAM region integrity strategy, in collaboration with other team members. - Leading on Genius Sports initiatives relating to ABRADIE - "Associação Brasileira de Defesa da Integridade do Esporte" ("ABRADIE" or "the Association") a non-profit organization that will address issues threatening the integrity of Brazilian sports. - Delivering keynote speeches, interviews, presentations and education workshops to integrity related stakeholders and partners in the region. - Supporting the legal functions of the Integrity Department where required. - PR and advocacy for the Integrity Department in the region. - Supporting the commercial team in relation to agreements with rights holders and event organizers, including reviewing and drafting integrity related clauses, schedules and agreements as part of commercial negotiations. - Representing GS before sports integrity organizations, participating in expert committees and providing contributions to sports related publications, case studies and state-of-affairs assessments. - Working closely with other relevant teams (predominantly sales, communication, legal and operations). **Required Skills**: - **Recognised legal qualification.**: - **Strong integrity background.**: - **Fluent in English and Portuguese.**: - Highly knowledgeable about the sports and sports betting markets. - Highly knowledgeable about Brazilian sports betting regulation. - Strong verbal, written interpersonal and communications skills. - Ability to think analytically, quickly, proactively, and creatively; can think on their feet and 'outside the box'. - Ability to distil complex issues into clear, simple strategies and plans. - Capability to manage a large and diverse number of internal and external stakeholders. - A track record of spotting opportunities and threats and taking the initiative to capitalise and mitigate these. - Strong influencing skills and the ability to play a prominent role in the wider GS management team. **We Offer** As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on location**.** We also offer a host of softer benefits, including many social events throughout the year such as summer and winter holiday parties, monthly team building events, sports tournaments, charity days and wellbeing activities. - Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently using virtual hiring processes in some locations, so that we can continue hiring great people whilst being mindful of the health of everyone involved in the recruitment process.
