Influx seeks to hire an experienced and strategic leader to lead our Human Resources team in the Americas. This is a remote position (you will be working from home), reporting to the HR Global Director. You will be leading HR Managers and L&D Manager; together you will be recruiting and developing employees all over the world.

Influx is a fast-growing startup offering a scalable, elastic, and turnkey customer support solution for tech companies and eCommerce brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the company’s ambitious growth targets by creating a comprehensive strategic plan and hiring people on average better than the (terrific) people we currently have
- Design and implement high-standard learning and development systems that are evidence-based and best-fit for the company
- Establish high-standard performance management systems that provide employees with clear structures and pathways, aligned with compensation
- Own operational excellence in our Human Resources Department
- Participate in decision-making as a member of the leadership team
**What we’re Looking for**
- Ten years of experience managing people in a Human Resources department
- Experience making high-quality and strategic decisions involving people and organizational structures
- Success stories in driving operational excellence
- The tenacity to thrive in adverse conditions
- Familiarity with the service industry
- Excellent planning and organizational execution skills
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
