**Job Summary**:
Flowserve is looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to support day-to-day HR activities (including internal communication, support Managers and Directors on HR issues, Training and Development, Career Planning, Engagement Research, Onboarding, among other activities). This Human Resources Representative will join our HR team in Brazil for a temporary assignment for 1 year, this contract can be extended for the same period, based in Rio de Janeiro.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnership with employees and managers to provide HR consultancy in the various subsystems;
- Assist in workforce planning by area;
- Support the development of local leadership and employees with high performance potential;
- Support the hiring process through interviews, generation and approval of offers;
- Management of integration processes;
- Practicing and demonstrating a high level of professional HR competence and knowledge, skill set and experience
- Leveraging company HR tools including My HR, Workday, HR Shared Services, policies and programs to address a wide range of HR topics for all associates
- Support employee engagement initiatives at the local level, including participation in surveys;
- Drive employee and manager accountability for plans to monitor and improve engagement
- Understand training needs and support the development of projects for the development of high potential, internal and external training for employees and leaders.
- Support daily HR activities (including communication, support to area leaders, Training & Development, legal documentation).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, HR Management or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Proven experience in generalist HR
- Possess knowledge in the office package (Word and Excel)
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor legislation
- Ability to understand the need for change and adapt to change
- High level of energy and sense of urgency to get things done
- Ability to make sense of issues, identify and resolve issues

**Preferences**:

- Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential
- Desirable Intermediate Spanish
