Amazon's Retail Team is looking for a dynamic and talented Retail Account Vendor Mgmt Associate to achieve the business/operations goals for vendors in the Brazil marketplace. The Retail Account Vendor Mgmt Associate will be responsible for onboarding new vendors to work with us, negotiating costs to increase vendor sales and profitability in Amazon, expanding selection from the vendors, and developing business relationship with vendors in the long run.
Core Responsibilities
- Onboarding new vendors and developing business relationship with vendors in the long run.
- Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.
- Work with the vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products.
- Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
- Perform geared tasks towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.
- BA/BS degree or certificate of completion of studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- SQL and VBA knowledge is a plus
- Inside sales or Client management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing, HiTech or software industries.
