El BDR tiene como misión ser la línea de frente de GoBots, conociendo más el cliente y calificándolo para la próxima etapa del proceso de Ventas, siempre cuidando por la buena presentación de nuestra empresa.
Principales actividades:
*
- Prospección activa de clientes;
- Llamadas outbound de calificación;
- Tener conocimiento de todos los detalles de la solución para el potencial cliente;
- Tener conocimiento de los competidores actuales;
- Identificar las necesidades que el lead tiene dentro de la empresa;
- Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas internas para ofrecer la mejor solución para el cliente y garantizar una experiência satisfactoria.
Competencias técnicas:
- Experiência con Técnica de negociación B2B;
- Conocimiento de procesos comerciales;
- Experiência como Inside Sales, SDR o BDR. (Indispensable);
- Español fluente/nativo (indispensable).
