**About the Role**

Uber is looking for a Program Specialist for Engagement and Recognition to support employee engagement and recognition programs that range from engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion on CommOps LatAm. This role supports a diverse set of projects and programs that enable the LatAm Team team to continue to grow, develop and foster a great company culture. If you are interested in being an integral part of helping shape Uber’s employee experience and moving the organization forward in a meaningful and measurable way, this is the role for you

**What You'll Do**
- Support manager or project lead on large cross-site level, high visibility or global projects with minimum guidance
- Support manager or project lead in managing global stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables are on-schedule and meet objectives
- Perform new business intakes and structure projects
- Train and mentor other PMs
- Serve as an ambassador and role model for Uber’s values
- Organize internal and external office events, team trips, meetings and outings including vendor selection and negotiation
- Lead efforts for engagement and recognition programs targeting a positive experience for employees.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when networking and working with Senior & Executive Leaders.
- Budget management.

**What You'll Need**
- At least 1 year of experience in project management
- Problem solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Communication, planning, organization skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally and efficiently with internal and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. An outstanding problem solver who is solution-oriented and has a genuine interest in helping.
- Very strong, strategic and business growth mindset.
- Thoroughly plan and implement programs with multiple work streams and dependencies and ensure that end-to-end support strategy is accomplished
- A high level of proficiency with Google Drive/Office Suite is desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (B2 or above) and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
