Quais serão as responsabilidades/desafios do papel?
- Criar animações e elementos gráficos em movimento para diversas redes sociais, vídeos promocionais, entre outros.
- Integrar motion graphics em vídeos, aplicando transições, inserts animados e outros elementos visuais.
- Usar técnicas de animação 2D/3D, motion tracking, efeitos visuais e outras habilidades específicas de movimento.
- Ser proativo/a para sugerir e refinar vídeos e animações, sempre pensando em como transmitir a melhor mensagem ao nosso público.
- Trabalhar em parceria com outros designers e copywriters da área.

Quais os requisitos obrigatórios?
- Formação acadêmica em design de animação ou áreas relacionadas.
- Domínio de softwares de animação e edição de vídeo, como Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, entre outros.
- Portfólio que mostre suas habilidades com motion design (pode conter trabalhos reais ou projetos pessoais).
- Compreensão e domínio dos fundamentos de design e animações.
- Olhar analítico, para buscar melhorias que contribuam com a qualidade e os resultados de nossas campanhas.
