This role is all about crafting ideas — from concept to copy — that are fun, human, direct-response driven, and made to perform.If you're a natural conceptual thinker, love writing, and are constantly analyzing what's working (and what's not) in the world of Meta ads, this might be your perfect fit.This role is not for designers or campaign managers — it's all about creative strategy: crafting concepts, writing scroll-stopping scripts, and staying ahead of the curve in what's performing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.What You\'ll DoDevelop creative concepts for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a performance-first mindsetWrite compelling copy and ad scripts rooted in audience insight and emotional triggersAnalyze data from past creatives and use those insights to iterate and ideate stronger adsStay on top of trends and what's working in the Meta creative landscape — you're a student of the gameCollaborate with content creators, designers, and editors to bring your concepts to lifeBrainstorm and pitch "big ideas" for new ad angles, hooks, and creative structuresUse creative briefs and feedback loops to keep assets aligned with brand goalsOccasionally participate in client calls to share ideas or insightsWhat You Need4+ years in a creative, strategy, or content-focused role — ideally in paid social or performance marketing.Strong copywriting and conceptual skills — you love writing, scripting, and ideating fresh anglesFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager and understanding of ad performance metricsCuriosity and hunger to test, learn, and optimize creativity through experimentationSolid understanding of direct-response principles and consumer psychologyComfortable collaborating across teams and giving/receiving creative feedbackBonus: You\'ve run Meta ads or been close to the execution sideBonus: You follow performance marketers and creative trends closelySalary & PerksThis is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.Work from home.Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.Please fill out this Google Form to applySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesMarketing Services
