Como
**analista de Demand Plannig**, você será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade de milhares de produtos para os nossos clientes, através de uma operação eficiente e alinhada com os desafios de crescimento da Inventa.

**Seu dia a dia**:

- Analisar dados históricos de vendas, tendências de mercado e informações de inventário para prever a demanda futura de produtos;
- Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa, como vendas, marketing, catálogo e logística, para garantir que as previsões de demanda sejam precisas e alinhadas com as metas da empresa;
- Desenvolver e implementar processos e procedimentos para melhorar a precisão das previsões de demanda;
- Acompanhar o desempenho da previsão de demanda e ajustar as previsões conforme necessário;
- Identificar e comunicar tendências de mercado, oportunidades e riscos que possam afetar a demanda futura.

**O que nós estamos buscando**:

- Formação superior em administração, engenharia, estatística ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência prévia em demand planning, análise de dados ou outras áreas relacionadas;
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados, como Excel, Power BI e software de previsão de demanda;
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas;
- Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais para trabalhar em equipe.
