**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner is looking for a Social Ad Content Creator to join our full-time team.

As a Social Ad Content Creator you will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced within tight deadlines. This role involves close collaboration with paid media specialists, social media teams, and creative staff, including copywriters and video editors, to develop concepts and deliver final assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for ads on social media platforms
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to develop creative concepts, for the different projects
- Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and projects objectives
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices
- Create visually appealing graphics that resonate with the project objectives
- Collaborate with a team of paid media, social media and creative staff (copywriters and video editors), from concept development to delivery of final product
- Optimize graphics for various social media platforms
- Review and edit graphics based on feedback from the internal team
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all social media channels
- Develop and maintain a library of design assets
- Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and strategies
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions
- Consider metrics and performance on the creation process

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Ads Graphic Designer or a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Experience with video editing software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a squad structure to meet deadlines
- Experience with content management systems
- Desired experience with iGaming and Sports Betting
