The Contracts and Tender Specialist is responsible for Contracts and Tender Management including documentation and coordination with all relevant areas. She/he is also responsible to support the Sales Team, and ensure all regulatory checks are followed.

This position is part of the LATAM Order Management Team and will be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil Hybrid. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Prepares commercial bid proposals for public institutions with all extra documents required.
Create and control a Bid Historical File with Values, quantities, Competitors Price and Product.
Works closely with Sales Specialists and customers to integrate Cepheid systems into customer’s buyer process. Selection of correct product to quote.
Conducts preliminary cost assessment for new quotations as assigned.
Supports system proposal preparation, participates in customer presentations as required.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Solid skills in Tender/Bid Management
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or areas related
Industry experience in Contract Management for the health industry (public/private sector)
Occasional travel to the customer site to understand the customer buying journey and the typical document clarification/pre-bid meeting.
Advanced English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Sales and Distribution SAP module
Order Management
