This role follows a hybrid work model based in Contagem, MG - Brazil.

Who will you be working with?

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing project execution and service delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple interfaces. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will align expectations, monitor progress, and report risks to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with project teams to drive successful implementation, while working closely with operations and support teams to manage post-delivery services. Additionally, you will oversee financial aspects, working alongside finance and procurement teams to maintain budget control and manage vendors effectively.

This role also involves engaging with vendors and third parties to oversee external services. By balancing these relationships effectively, the Delivery Manager ensures streamlined execution, efficient communication, and successful project completion.

What do we want to know about you?
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish to ensure effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading teams, with a strong track record in managing large-scale teams effectively.
- Experience managing large-scale projects or services in the LATAM region.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of mining operations, including processes, operational environments, and systems.
- Program Management & Customer Engagement

- Lead and direct the delivery team across LATAM region, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
- Work towards key objectives, driving efficiency and success in all initiatives.
- Manage teams effectively, support service operations, and oversee site management plans to ensure smooth execution.
