Sales- Advertising Marketing- Spotify is seeking a freelance Producer/Project Manager on Creative Studio that will work closely with our Sales and Creative teams in Brazil to manage the day-to-day production of sold podcast campaigns, serving as the main point-of-contact for many of Spotify’s brand partners. This client-facing role will work hand in hand with Spotify’s show teams and 3P production partners to translate ideas into high quality content, providing internal teams with tactical timelines and centralized information, and clients with white glove service. This position will require a deep understanding of the audio production process, and the ability to interpret and diplomatically convey complex feedback to a client, vendor or internal stakeholder.

- Spotify is a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and you’ll be working on ad campaigns across Spotify's vast and evolving catalogue of podcasts, project managing the creation of the pre/mid-roll ads on those shows. This role reports to the Associate Director, International Production and will require fluency in both English and Portuguese.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the production of complex campaigns by collaborating with Sales, Producers, Vendors, Show Hosts, AdOps and Strategists as the key stakeholder of the project timeline, delivery of assets, and client communication
- Establish and maintain cross-functional workflows across multiple departments, educating Sales teams along the way
- Build relationships and ways of working with 3P production partners from engagement to final product, and serve as key stakeholder for troubleshooting any issues as they arise
- Navigate through the push and pull between client needs and creative dreams, acting as the problem-solving bridge between revenue and creative
- Drive projects forward, anticipate needs, understand the risks and problem solve across teams
- Provide clients with a white glove experience throughout production by leading campaign kick-off calls, and making sure they feel heard and fully informed while working with Spotify
- Efficiently multitask under pressure, while taking the unexpected in stride
- Meet and manage campaign deadlines in a casual but effective manner
- Identify holes and trends in the production process and work proactively to optimize workflows across teams

Who You Are
- 3+ years experience in a client-facing, project management or producing role, preferably with a focus on branded content
- Experience interfacing with high-caliber clients, translating their needs to creative teams and vice versa
- Creative thinker and clever wordsmith with the ability to write/tweak scripts
- Effective but diplomatic communication skills
- Talented multitasker, and organized to a fault
- Proactive and savvy problem solver
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative culture, embracing change and effectively implementing feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Deep understanding of Google Suite products and project management software
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, spoken and written required
