Creative Production Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Creative Production Manager to join our Brand & Communications team. This professional will be responsible for digital advertising campaigns that drive lead volume and lead value for the business and creative ads that support our brand. Reporting to our Marketing Operations Associate Manager, this role will ensure the optimal delivery of digital assets across our digital advertising channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google). What You Will Do:

- Manage a freelance team of designers, copywriters, and videographers responsible for digital advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the creative process to ensure work is delivered on brief, on brand, on time, and on budget.
- Maintain the creative workflow's smooth operation by keeping stakeholders informed and up to date.
- Work closely with the growth team to ensure strategy and content are aligned across the business and consistent across all digital advertising channels.
- As ideas are developed, bridge the technical and creative aspects of production by advising on production, budget, resource, and timing implications.
- Manage and execute production schedules and the full lifecycle of deliverables associated with digital campaigns.
- Drive creative excellence, best practice, and consistent creative execution across all advertising formats, improving creative quality by researching, evaluating, and developing innovative creative methodologies.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 5+ years of production experience, including ads for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Twitter, preferably for B2B companies.
- Previous experience managing and leading creative production teams.
- Strong experience with Photoshop, Canva, and/or Figma.
- Strong experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
- Previous experience in the US market.
- Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English.

Desirable:

- Previous agency experience.
- Proven track record of developing and testing multiple creative assets for different audiences.
- Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional certification.
