What We Need
We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of design, process, and collaboration. In this role, you'll keep high-impact creative moving—balancing execution with oversight to ensure every project meets deadlines and exceeds standards. You'll serve as the operational anchor for the creative team, optimizing resources, streamlining workflows, and stepping into design execution when needed. This role is a key driver of both efficiency and creative quality, helping Yieldmo deliver best-in-class work at scale.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Partner with the Creative Director, Account Managers, and stakeholders to align creative deliverables with campaign goals and client expectations
- Lead creative execution on assigned campaigns, shaping visually compelling design solutions that respect client brand guidelines and program objectives
- Oversee multiple projects from briefing through delivery, managing timelines, resources, and quality control to ensure accuracy and impact
- Provide design oversight by reviewing assets, giving actionable feedback, and maintaining brand consistency across all creative
- Allocate and balance design resources across campaigns, optimizing productivity and team bandwidth
- Contribute directly to the creation of Frictionless Formats and Templatized High Impact formats to support production needs
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to creative workflows and operational processes that drive speed and clarity
Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or design leadership within marketing, advertising, or a related fast-paced environment.
- You have a strong grasp of design principles, digital ad production, and brand systems.
- You've successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with quality outcomes.
- You provide clear, constructive design feedback and ensure creative standards remain high across deliverables.
- You are proficient with project management tools and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, ).
- You collaborate with ease across creative, sales, and account teams, building trust and strong relationships
Nice to Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms and workflows.
- Experience in digital production environments.
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:
- A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
- Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.
