Brand & Creative is a center of excellence inside Global Marketing team. We oversee all of TikTok's and ByteDance's emerging brands advertising and creative expression to ensure the creative development and execution of world-class consistent communications.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Creative Producer to join TikTok's Creative Studio in São Paulo. Working closely with our diverse team of in-house creatives like copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, motion designers and strategists, you will manage some of the most exciting creative projects in the region LATAM and the development of the best in class processes as the studio grows.

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as point of contact with internal and external teams on production and delivery of in-house creative projects from concept to media delivery.
- Manage day-to-day workflow between internal cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts into deliverables
- Create project schedules, effectively managing timelines from concept through successful launch and beyond communicating milestones to stakeholders - ensure projects stay on track by aligning campaign goals with deliverables, schedules, estimates and budgets
- Prepare and maintain task lists, issue tracking, status reports and meeting notes; oversee management and organization of creative assets (file structure, trackers, media trafficking, etc.)
- Partner closely with Finance to provide ongoing updates on the status of production and to ensure proper financial reporting
- Own commercial and legal responsibilities for projects, working with internal teams and systems to ensure production budgets, PO's, invoices, contracts etc are correct, on track and within scope
- Find, curate and manage production partners like production companies, audio, illustrators, programmers and a variety of other crafts necessary to make ideas happen
- Guarantee the quality and respect of specifications of all material delivered by the studio
- Be aware of tools we use globally and add them to our regional workflow (Digital Asset Management tool and Project Management tool)
Key qualifications
- 4-year degree in cinema, marketing, advertising or related field preferred
- 8+ years of work experience working with multiple teams and deliverables to maintain budget and timeline, ideally from a creative agency or brand-side from an internet/tech company, with experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguously defined environments
- Team player with a strong people skills and work ethic and ability to engage on all levels of the organization
- Highly experienced in managing creative for large paid media campaigns (linear TV, digital, print, social, etc.)
- Deep understanding of the creator online video landscape and digital media creative and development
- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
- English intermediate or advanced skills are necessary
- Experience with Asana or other project management tool is a plus
