**A Hybrid working model**

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does a Producer do at Hogarth?**

Our Post Producer will be responsible for overseeing the process of Post-Production, making sure deadlines are achieved, the proper artists are booked for the project for the proper timing, coordinating deadlines, deliveries and assets with the Account Management Team and making sure artists will achieve High-Quality results for the project.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Director of Post-Production Team in Brazil.

You will work closely with Post Production Coordinator, Account Management Team, Creative Team, Motion Designers, Colorists, Sup Visual Effects, Offline Editors and 3D Artist.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills
- Technical English Level;
- Undergraduate degree student + Specialization Courses;
- Knowledge of Post-Production Softwares: Premiere, After Effects, Flame, Nuke, Maya, Cinema 4D;
- Basic Adobe Premiere Knowledge and its operation (ingest, conform, any simple edits, export);
- Project management, Negotiation, Schedule and Monitoring methodologies;
Soft Skills
- Be proactive, organized and, above all, committed to project deadlines and deliverables;
- Communication, Collaboration and Interpersonal Relations;
- Resilience, Adaptability;
- Search for constant updating and improvement in processes and in their own personal and professional development.
