We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Nourish division as** Regional Finance Manager, Latin America**.

As Regional Finance Manager you will primarily partner with Nourish business as a Finance advisor to the Latin America region, embracing continuous process improvements in all aspects of the role, you will focus on providing financial reporting, planning, analysis, and insights to improve the region’s financial performance.

**This is a hybrid position based in Castelo, Barueri - Brazil, reporting to the Regional Finance Director**.

**Position overview**:
The Regional Finance Manager will work together with the Regional Finance Director in providing comprehensive finance analysis and support in planning and execution throughout the Latin American region, including:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Performing business analysis (P&L, Commercial, Working capital)
- Finance support to regional business teams in:

- Budget and Forecasts processes
- Development and monitoring of operating spending budgets and forecasts.
- Identification, implementation and monitoring of Economic Profit improvement initiatives.
- Materials preparation and analysis for monthly/ quarterly calls with corporate functions
- Pricing Negotiation tracking / Weekly Outlooks
- Financial evaluation of capital projects
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to top management in the region.

**Required Skills**:

- Finance / accounting background
- Strong working knowledge of excel and power point. Power BI is a plus
- Working knowledge in budgeting & forecasting as well as financial analysis of Capital Projects.
- Strong Analytical skills
- (Business) Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

**Required background**:

- 3-5+ years’ experience in business analysis, business planning, business partner; Capital investment analysis is desirable
