**Position Responsibilities**:
- Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in strategy implementation and operations and integrating management decisions.
- Develops and executes strategies, projects and process plans; implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals and associated metrics.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements in response to customer, program and business requirements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports; promotes cross functional integration.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Ensures work statement compliance - identify roadblocks as well as opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Develops control systems, maintains status information of program and customer commitments and monitors compliance to plan.
- Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used (including program/project management, metrics, lean principles, quality systems, among others)
- Promotes identification and tracking of risks, issues and opportunities, developing response plans for key program initiatives and refining the business case.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Support creating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement by communicating and deploying enterprise standard methodologies and employee engagement to improve cost, schedule, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support financial planning, accounting, budgeting and forecasting processes; deploy associated metrics, recommend actions in case of deviations.
- Monitor and improve internal controls in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements both internal and external.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Solid experience in leadership and management
- Experience in business operations
- Solid experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key partner relationship management
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and to collaborate and partner with business leaders
- Financial and business acumen (including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting)
- Ability to align customer requirements with the broader organization
- Experience with program, project and portfolio management activities, in accordance with accepted project management industry standards, tools, and reports (PMBOK, ToC, CCPM, etc.)
