**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Oversee the implementation and management of various platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and user experience
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics, preparing reports for management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies: oversea and liaise with legal team regarding contracts, legal documents and KYC / KYB regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to operational activities
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Lead and mentor operations team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- ** Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry**
- ** Strong understanding of blockchain technology, nodes, and cryptocurrency ecosystems**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- ** Experience with project management and process optimization tools**
- ** Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency space**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- ** Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus**
