**About the Role**:HR Manager**:
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive **HR Manager** to become a cornerstone of our growing team. This is a **high-visibility role** where you'll own key HR functions — from seamless onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and culture building — all within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

**Important**: This is an **on-site, full-time role (5 days/week)** in our Dubai office. Remote work is **not available**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** HR Operations & Administration**
Be the go-to person for all HR-related queries, employee record management, and HRIS (Bamboo) upkeep.
- ** Onboarding & Offboarding**
Manage full-cycle onboarding from offer letter to first-day welcome, probation check-ins, and smooth offboarding transitions.
- ** Facilities & Office Coordination**
Oversee office supplies, access cards, vendor relations (cleaning, travel), and ensure health & safety protocols are in place.
- ** Payroll & Benefits**
Support payroll processes and liaise with benefit providers to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- ** Recruitment Support**
Coordinate intern and contractor recruitment cycles.
- ** Compliance & Documentation**
Track visas, support immigration compliance, and maintain up-to-date regulatory files.
- ** Culture Champion**
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture — be the spark that brings people together

**About You**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- ** Experience**: Previous HR experience in **scaling environments or SMEs** is a plus
- ** Skills**:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
