
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Romania. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, drive talent strategies, and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier professionals across a range of functions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic guidance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
- Stay updated on the local Romanian talent market and provide market intelligence insights.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or niche roles.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international or matrixed organization.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Romanian.
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Lever,, Workday) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Romanian labor market regulations and trends.
- Prior exposure to diversity hiring or global recruiting practices.
