**Buscamos um AI Product Leader**,**alguém que una visão de produto, liderança de times técnicos e profundo entendimento de dados, inteligência artificial e algoritmos. Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar a construção de produtos baseados em IA que impactam diretamente nossos milhares de usuários.

Esta é uma posição estratégica, com contato direto com os founders da empresa e grande impacto nos resultados do negócio.

**O trabalho consiste em**:

- Liderar um time multidisciplinar de engenheiros e cientistas de dados, desenvolvedores e QAs
- Atuar como ponte entre negócios, dados e tecnologia, conectando problemas reais de mercado a soluções baseadas em IA
- Planejar roadmaps, conduzindo discovery e garantindo entregas de alta qualidade
- Atuar como Team Leader, motivando e apoiando o crescimento dos membros do time
- Definir e priorizar o backlog de produto, garantindo alinhamento com metas de negócio e viabilidade técnica
- Monitorar concorrentes e realizar benchmarks e clientes ocultos
- Assegurar entregas de qualidade dentro dos prazos combinados
- Report direto aos founders, contribuindo estrategicamente para a evolução da plataforma.

**O que buscamos**:

- Experiência como Líder, PM ou PO de produtos baseados em dados ou IA
- Conhecimento prático sobre conceitos de machine learning, NLP, LLM, RAG e data pipelines
- Experiência com liderança de times técnicos
- Experiência com métodos ágeis e scrum
- Forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócios e perfil mão na massa
- Excelente comunicação, proatividade e espírito de colaboração são fundamentais

- Experiência em soluções SaaS para marketing e vendas B2B
- Background técnico (engenharia, ciência da computação e correlatos)
