**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division** (Hexagon) is seeking a
**Senior Implementation Analyst** within our ALI Americas group
**.** This position is based in Rio de Janeiro.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Possesses strong communication's interpersonal skills reinforce developing relationship with stakeholders.
- Accurately document support activities to solve problem, maintaining knowledge base updated.
- Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Experience in Engineering Project and Solution Implementation
- Keep in touch team members and support them in solving problems;
- Keep in touch with Hexagon's support and service team, provide information to help them find solutions
- Knowledge in creation how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes.
- Familiar with writing of SQL Statements;
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® 3D is a plus;
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® Suite a plus;
- Familiar with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL) is a plus
- Familiar with CAD, CAE, 3D tools is a plus.
