**Overview**

INNOVA MARKET INSIGHTS is a global leader in market intelligence and business information serving the fun and fast-paced food and beverage industry.

We are expanding our customer support sector in Sao Paulo and are looking for a new colleague with experience in a commercial and results-driven environment. As a Customer Engagement Officer, your goal is to ensure that our customers feel supported and assisted with all their queries. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, guiding them through the usage of our products and providing a positive brand experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining contact with our customers by answering their questions about our services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by being responsive, pro-active and adaptive to specific needs.
- Training and guiding customers on how to utilize our platforms in the most efficient way.
- Offering solutions for first-level technical questions around our platforms.
- Registering and progressing customer information in our CRM system.

**Required Qualifications**
- A higher educational degree in Food science, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing studies or similar.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience working in customer service or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry; specialization in a certain category is desirable.
- Basic understanding of how consumer & market insight data is used in business decision making.
- Proactivity and curiosity to search for new businesses, projects and potential partnerships.
- Resourcefulness in different levels of negotiation.
- Availability to travel and visit clients abroad.
- Native Portuguese speaking and writing skills, as well as fluency in English are a must.
- Advanced Spanish is a plus.
