Team Introduction
The Global Revenue Management team is responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines.

**Position Overview**:
TikTok is seeking a stellar Credit & Collections Analyst to join our Brazil office. In this role, you will handle credit assessments and mitigate credit risk, maintain credit control systems, and improve debt collection processes in the LATAM region, among other responsibilities. The new hire will play an integral role in assisting with credit management decisions and will act as a business partner to balance credit risks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively monitor and evaluate risk on an ongoing basis, anticipating and mitigating potential risks and escalating red flags to key stakeholders.
- To execute debt collection activities for an assigned portfolio of customers in a dedicated region. Enable agreement of customer re-payment plans. To monitor and track progress on action plans. To manage process to suspend customer services in event of continued non-payment, in line with TikTok’s agreed disconnection procedure.
- Work collaboratively with other TikTok teams to resolve issues affecting cash collection or raise issues which may impact on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an effective liaison relationship with Sales, Operations and Finance departments and make recommendations on process improvements to reduce credit risk and lower DSO.
- Other credit -related tasks, such as internal team meetings, cross-functional collaboration, credit reporting, communicate interdepartmentally to service clients and business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in corporate credit risk management and familiarity with the digital advertising industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills; Ability to cope under pressure
- High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
