Are you passionate about ensuring business continuity and responding to critical IT incidents with confidence and clarity? We are looking for a **Disaster Recovery and Incident Analyst** to strengthen organizational resilience and help protect the systems that support global operations.

**What you’ll do**
In this role, you’ll be a key player in our IT & Digital team, responsible for:

- Designing, implementing, and regularly updating disaster recovery plans
- Leading and coordinating simulation tests and recovery drills with cross-functional teams
- Managing and analyzing major incidents to reduce impact on business operations
- Ensuring that backup processes are reliable and aligned with recovery objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to document incidents, root causes, and preventative actions
- Providing training and support on disaster recovery and incident response protocols
- Monitoring plan compliance and recommending improvements
- Creating reports on incident trends and recovery readiness

**Who you are**
- You have proven experience in **disaster recovery** and **incident management**
- You’re proficient with **ServiceNow**, especially incident, problem, and change modules
- You have strong **analytical** and **problem-solving** capabilities
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
- You have solid knowledge of **IT infrastructure**, **data centers**, and **cloud technologies**
- You understand **risk management** and **quality assurance** processes
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Incident Management are a plus
