**Description**:
Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

We are looking for an awesome Associate Recruiter**to help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities will be:

- **Advertising.**Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
**Collaboration.**Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- **Talent Scouting.** Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- **Trend Monitoring.** Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- **Enthusiasm.**Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.
- **Presentation**. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
- **Communication**. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Language**: Required language is English.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with ATS tools.
- **Training**: Fresh grads are welcome to apply, and we’d be happy to train you
