Experiência em gestão de frota e mecânica de veículos.Acompanhar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva, controlar os custos, garantindo a conformidade legal e a segurança dos veículos e motoristas, buscar otimização da operação.Assegurar o cumprimento das leis e regulamentos de transito e segurança, incluindo gestão de multas e a atualização da documentação dos veículos.Elaborar relatórios de desempenho da frota, identificando tendencias e oportunidades de melhoria, acompanhando indicadores -chave de desempenho.Lidar com a gestão da equipe de motoristas, incluindo seleção, treinamento, avaliação de desempenho e resolução de conflitos.Monitorar indicadores como custo por quilômetro, tempo inatividade, taxa de manutenção, consumo de combustível e segurança, para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização.

Pagamento: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 por mês

Horário de trabalho:

- De segunda à sexta-feira
- Turno de 8 horas
