**Your Team**

You will report to our Head of Business Systems and Data and join the Operations team. On TheOrg you can view the complete structure of our organisation, including information about every team member, hiring managers, and the size of each department.

**Your Responsabilities **✏️**

As a highly skilled and driven Business Systems Developer, you will play a key role in owning and optimizing our CRM and its integrations. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the system's stability and consistency, troubleshooting technical issues, and designing solutions to improve core business systems. You will lead sprint planning alongside the Head of Business Systems, mentor junior developers, and document technical processes. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams in an asynchronous environment, leveraging your strong organizational, communication, and fast learning skills, particularly in adapting to a CRM-specific programming language.

**Mandatory Hard Skills**
- Mid Developer with 3+ years of experience;
- Proficient in NodeJS programming language;
- Demonstrated experience with algorithm development and optimization;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing bug fixes;
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation;
- Intermediate English and Fluent Portuguese.

**Desirable Hard Skills**
- Experience with Python programming language.

**What You'll Do ️**
- Develop, implement, and maintain our CRM system using Zoho Deluge, Python, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies;
- Design and implement algorithms to optimize business processes and enhance system performance;
- Perform bug fixes and troubleshoot issues in existing systems, ensuring a smooth and reliable operation;
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of sprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines;
- Work with the team to plan and implement solutions that ensure a sustainable and robust business systems environment;
- Provide coaching and support to junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally;
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system processes, scripts, algorithms, and functions to ensure clarity and future maintainability;
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably;
- Collaborate with team members and actively participate in asynchronous work environments.
