We are looking for a part-time highly skilled and dedicated Business Systems Developer to join our Operations Team.

We seek a part-time BS Developer skilled in Python and algorithm development. You will be responsible to enhance our CRM and other systems, perform bug fixes, and optimize processes for seamless operations. Make a significant impact with your expertise in business system improvement.

**Mandatory Hard Skills**:

- Junior Developer with 3+ years of experience;
- Proficient in Python programming language;
- Demonstrated experience with algorithm development and optimization;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing bug fixes;
- Intermediate English;
- Fluent Portuguese.

**Desirable Hard Skills**
- Proficient in NodeJS and JavaScript programming languages.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an asynchronous work environment;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.

**What You'll Do** ️**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain our CRM system using Zoho Deluge, Python, NodeJS and other relevant technologies;
- Design and implement algorithms to optimize business processes and enhance system performance;
- Perform bug fixes and troubleshoot issues in existing systems, ensuring a smooth and reliable operation;
- Work independently with a high level of organization and self-motivation, managing tasks and priorities effectively;
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably;
- Collaborate with team members and actively participate in asynchronous work environments.
