**Responsabilities**
:

- Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region including quarterly follow up;
- Responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub-region. Close cooperation and dialog with Dispatcher and Capacity Planner;
- Optimization potential identified and implemented;
- Sub-region anchor point for: streamlined resource management;
- Planning & Scheduling project implementation;
- Material and resource analytics and performance driver;
- Regular performance reporting to management.

**Qualification**
:

- Technical degree in Mechanical, eletrical or production;
- Engineering degree desired.

**Competencies**
:

- Good experience in a technical service environment with focus on Planning & Scheduling;
- Good leadership skills;
- Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools;
- Analytical and detailed working approach;
- Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant;
- Good communication skills in English (and local language). Spanish is a differential;
- Experience in managing smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems).
