**We are looking for**:
**We count on you for**:

- Ensure the organization of the laboratory according to Syensqo’s quality standards and traceability requirements;
- Support R&D activities related to new products or processes;
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments in compliance with CIPAC/ABNT standards for agricultural formulation characterization;
- Monitor the development of prototypes and new production processes;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, production, quality, etc.) to ensure project success;
- Prepare technical reports on research and experimental results;
- Stay updated on trends and technological innovations in the R&D field;
- Collaborate regionally and globally with other Syensqo departments on topics related to technology platforms developed for the Agro market; Identify, collect demands, and implement technical training programs based on the technical expertise of the area.

**You should have**:
Education and Technical Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
- 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the Agro industry;
- Knowledge in the development and characterization of agrochemical and biological formulations;
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, ONELIMS, SAP, ELN; Intermediate or higher level of English.

Behavioral Skills:

- Strong communication skills;
- Leadership potential; Good interpersonal relationships and a collaborative profile.
