Thalita Leite Curl Salon is looking for a Proactive, Self-driven, and Responsible Salon Virtual assistant who plays a crucial role in supporting the salon team. This role is vital for the salon’s efficient operation and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs and assist with the use of specific features.
- Update and message clients for feedback and follow-ups.
- Oversee and manage client schedules, including scheduling, rebooking, rescheduling, and handling deposits.
- Confirm client appointments and manage upselling of services and products online.
- Monitor daily salon profits and log information in spreadsheets.
- Assist with social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Helping with administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in salon or hotel booking is preferred.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday-Saturdays
- Familiarity with social media management and marketing
- Responsible, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Willingness to take on new tasks as needed.
- Confident in sales and sociable in interactions.
